A day in UP Diliman

If you’d ask me, UP Diliman’s not the most convenient place to go especially when you’re coming from the south. But since last week, I’ve been going to UP Diliman for blogging activities. We had iBlog last Saturday at the UP College of Law, went to mass the following day, attended a meeting yesterday and witnessed the last day of the Tech Tanod program earlier today.

If I may recall correctly, University of the Philippines was one of the choices I considered after I graduated in college.

Another alternative would be online classes from an accredited school like the university of phoenix.

Tech Tanod is the product of the Bangon Pinoy twitter campaign of Globe and the Philippine Blog Awards. Together with RockEd, Tech Tanpd had been in the works of educating several kids from Marikina about responsible blogging, community building and empowering them with skills that will enable them to utilize blogging for nation building.

After giving the kids their certificates for finishing the program, our group decided to take photos around the campus. Here are a few of the photos I took earlier. I’m writing this entry while we are on our way to gateway to see a movie sponsored by Globe. Weeeee. Free movie for the win!
