Batang Yagit in PBA ‘08
I still can’t find the words to write. It’s almost eight hours now when I came to this quasi utopia state. The sensations I felt hours ago are still fresh. I want to muster the right words to say (or write) but I can’t. All I can think of right at the moment is THANK YOU.
Going back twenty hours before the event, Jehz and I were at home, browsing the internet and checking the progress of the votes for Batang Yagit from technorati. Even at the very last day of the voting period, several people were still able to cast their precious votes. Most of whom are coming from the Visayas and the Mindanao region.
“May Batang Yagit na na nanalo ng Award, at ako ang una.”
Yeah, I got the award. Para akong naka-drugs (feeling ko lang yun ang feeling ng naka-drugs) when Batang Yagit was called for the Bloggers’ Choice Award. Ang saya! My blogging here at BatangYagit.com has paid off, and it was BIG TIME.
What made the award BIGGER was the fact that it was the bloggers who decided on who deserves the award. And I am honored that a lot of these bloggers chose me.
