Waaaaaa! OT at work!

Last week was really stressful for me. I’ve been caught up in a lot of unplanned overtime works in the office. I have tried being the last to leave the office. I never valued each holiday before like the way I value it now. Stress is the ultimate enemy at work. As much as possible, I avoid getting sleepy. I’m mastering the art of Power Nap, for my own good.
My Nihongo class is not doing good as well. I usually miss my TTH classes (Level II Nihongo Lessons) because of work. I’m able to catch up with my Basic Nihongo Conversation classes every MWF mornings.
I going to take a break this weekend. An out of town trip maybe, just to relieve some stress which had accumulated since these past weeks.

6 hours of sleep is good enough. I am quite used to stress already, the effect is that I am so sleepy at work sometimes. I usually get around 5 to 6 hours of sleep as well.

pero depende rin which time of the day you started sleeping. hehehehe
