Yagit is now an Engineer

The longest week of my life happened last week. It was Saturday and Sunday when we took our licensure examination for ECE at South Western University in Cebu. All of the things I studied in the past 5 years of my life were compressed into two days of four-subject examination. I can say that the exam is very unfair. I know I know a lot things but the examination does not cover it all. (darn those examiners)
Waiting for the result of the exam is even worse than taking the exam itself. As we near the release date, most of us are becoming anxious. Tension is starting to build up. Most of us are nervous. Everytime a cellphone rings, our hearts start to panic. The days after the board exam were hell for us.
(***insert annoyed icon here**** someone downstairs is selling pineapple and he pronounces pinya as pinnneeeeaaa)

I’ve seen them a couple of times in Ayala, few months ago, but I never paid much attention. But I know them. I have read about them on the papers they were giving to the passers by.

Da Vinci’s Pizza in Cebu

After the two consecutive days of taking the review center’s diagnostic examination, my clique decided to treat ourselves with a scrumptious meal. It was decided that we’ll have dinner at Sbarro in Ayala Center Cebu. But Starth, a non-pork eater classmate, was hesitant since most of the meat dishes in Sbarro contains pork. She recommended Da Vinci’s Pizza in Osmeña Boulevard (Jones Ave.) since she had tried dining in the resto before. Then it was decided where we’ll have our dinner.
The place is not strange to us anymore since we get to pass Jones every time we go to our review Center. The place is not far from the famous landmark, the Fuente Osmeña Circle. It is situated at the right side of the Crown Regency Tower, just beside Jollibee.

Naging maganda ang taong 2007 para kay Batang Yagit. Ito ang taon kung kelan namulat siya sa mundo ng blogosphere. At para sa pagpasok ng panibagong taon, ito ang ilan sa mga highlights sa buhay ng batang walang magawa sa buhay.
- First time ko na pumunta ng General Santos City
- I had Smart Broken installed at home
- I worked in Coca-cola
- I went to Camiguin
- Revealed, bought and read Bob Ong’s 6th Book
- Pissed with someone else (Chewable issues).

- Got linked with a lot of bloggers in the philippine blogosphere.
- Earned few thousands (pesos) from blogging
- Earned a few dollars from AdSense

- Upgraded my hosting account for DCNHS
- Part of the Ratified.org’s Top 100 Blogs in the Philippines
- Bought several domains
- Attended the Mindanao Bloggers Summit
- Been part of The Usual Suspects
- Went to Brunei and Malaysia
- Received a Boy Bastos Award
- Chosen as a finalist for Karlo’s Pinoy Blog of the Month
- Launched PRC Board Exam Results (providing Nursing Board Exam Results)

Sa ngayon, eto pa lang na-aalala ko. Hmmm… To sum up everything, naging maganda ang 2007 para sa blogging career ko. Naging maganda ang response ng blogging community sa mga kalokohang pinaggagawa ko sa aking blog. From web developer (Nitrosaint) to content writer (Blogger Batang Yagit), ganun ang naging transitions ko.
I’m hopping that the coming year would bring more blessings for my internet career. We still have lots of time to enjoy, more blogs to discover and more posts to make. Ciao 2007!
