Yagit is now an Engineer

The longest week of my life happened last week. It was Saturday and Sunday when we took our licensure examination for ECE at South Western University in Cebu. All of the things I studied in the past 5 years of my life were compressed into two days of four-subject examination. I can say that the exam is very unfair. I know I know a lot things but the examination does not cover it all. (darn those examiners)
Waiting for the result of the exam is even worse than taking the exam itself. As we near the release date, most of us are becoming anxious. Tension is starting to build up. Most of us are nervous. Everytime a cellphone rings, our hearts start to panic. The days after the board exam were hell for us.
(***insert annoyed icon here**** someone downstairs is selling pineapple and he pronounces pinya as pinnneeeeaaa)

While I was waiting in SM for my Smart Gold Lite application to be approved last week, I happened to pass by a familiar booth inside the mall. I’ve seen them a couple of times in Ayala, few months ago, but I never paid much attention. But I know them. I have read about them on the papers they were giving to the passers by.

Da Vinci’s Pizza in Cebu

After the two consecutive days of taking the review center’s diagnostic examination, my clique decided to treat ourselves with a scrumptious meal. It was decided that we’ll have dinner at Sbarro in Ayala Center Cebu. But Starth, a non-pork eater classmate, was hesitant since most of the meat dishes in Sbarro contains pork. She recommended Da Vinci’s Pizza in Osmeña Boulevard (Jones Ave.) since she had tried dining in the resto before. Then it was decided where we’ll have our dinner.
The place is not strange to us anymore since we get to pass Jones every time we go to our review Center. The place is not far from the famous landmark, the Fuente Osmeña Circle. It is situated at the right side of the Crown Regency Tower, just beside Jollibee.

Naomi is sick

Huhuhuhu…I’m so doomed. Last night, after my attempt to turn my Naomi (my Acer Aspire 3680) on, the power button got broken. Huhuhu. Matagal na siyang may problema sa kanyang power button. Usually, kailangang mag-exert ng force para mapindot ang power button niya. Unfortunately, di na niya kinaya ang pang-aabuso ko sa power button niya. Huhuhuhuh..
Ngayon, hindi ko na siya ma-on. Dinala ko siya kanina sa Acer Service center pero wala silang available na spare power button kasi wala raw silang customer na nasisiraan ng power button. Huhuhuhhu. Now I have to go to Acer’s service center to check if they have a spare power button.
Para ma-on yung laptop ko, kailangan ko pang gumait ng screw drivers. Huhuhuhuh… Effort. Nakakainis.
