Going back to the Mooon
Mooon Cafe, Ayala Terraces
I first learned about Mooon Cafe when I lived in Cebu last year but it was only in August this year that I was able to actually dine in Mooon Cafe. The dining experience was excellent that’s why when Nyokers Jehz, Van, Ada, Mica, Maki, Cai, and me went to Cebu last month, I invited them to dine at Mooon Cafe in Ayala Terraces.

Van, who’s also frequent at Mooon Cafe, suggested that we try Chicken Mozzarella Melt, one of Mooon Cafe’s best-sellers. Though most of us wanted to get the Mozzarella Melt, we decided that we take different orders to make the most of our dining experience. At least we get to share each other’s orders.
Tacos Salad
For starters, we ordered Tacos Salad (photo above), Gambas (photo below) and Quesadilla Vera Cruz (photo below). I’ve tried the Gambas before and it’s as good as the first time. I also tried Quesadillas Uno, an economized version of the Quesadilla Vera Cruz, before but Quesadilla Vera Cruz is a lot more better. Ada can even attest that it is the best. The Tacos Salad (or whatever it is called) was also good except that it’s spicy.

Jehz ordered the Tangigue Steak and he was surprised to see that it barely reached 200 pesos.

Mica and Cai ordered the Fish Mozzarella Melt and the Chicken Mozzarella Melt. I’m not sure which ordered which though.

And since I was craving for pasta that night, I deliberately ordered Pasta ala Gambas. After having eaten some of their dishes, the Pasta ala Gambas didn’t meet my expectations. It was good but nothing compared to the others.

The gastronomic experience filled our tummies without hurting our pockets. That’s why after leaving the place, we went to Ayala Center Cebu to watch Kimidora. That Cebu dining experience is an unforgettable one.

The Vera Cruz is a personal Favorite. I’m afraid I can’t stop myself once I start eating it all by myself.

di pa ako nakakapunta sa mooon cafe sa it park. heheh. ay nakapunta na pala. di pa lang ako nakakakain dun. hehehe
