Anyway, if you are having problems with their hosting service, you can email marvin for support. Based on my experience, the marvin's tech support is great. @beejing: I agree. My other site crashed several times. That's the downside. It would also be great for the hosting company to at least give us a notification before our goes down and "real time" but I guess, they have their reasons...
