wow! kakainggit naman… Im a die-hard Rizalista and my husband kahit na Belgian sya ay Knights of Rizal in Antwerp Chapter cuz of me kc akala ko puede babae dun yun pala mga lalaki lang at may asawang pinay.. kainis di puede babae wwaaaa… pero astig grabe! inggit tuloy ako to the max..

I also have the 1st edition in Tagalog of the El Filibusterismo. My late father gave me. It looks older than the pics you have here of the Noli. My grandfather owned, well read, then gave to my father. I can read it but it is written in archaic, very old Tagalog. I worry about what to do with it ax it ix very valuable. My grandfather pasted a newspaper clipping which says Pres. Sukarno of Indonesia required the two books to be read in school. Mandatory. How interesting. I do not have the guts to read it, i tried. It’s hard to put together. I can understand the words but trying to digest the meaning or ideas is not easy. I will take photos and publish on my facebook pg.
