Contest: Say Thank You!
It is but natural for us to return “Thank Yous” and acts of gratitude to another who has done us good. It is very Filipino to build up that “Utang na Loob” attitude and so we tend to become obliged to return our thank yous to fellow Pinoys. And so it is not only on Christmas where we can share thank yous, but in every little chance we have in our daily lives.
There are a thousand of things which I am thankful for. My family, my friends, my career, my gadgets, my life and my loved ones. But among these things, the things that I’m most thankful for are the small things I encounter that makes me happy. How about you? How do you express your gratitude for the things you are thankful for?
This come October 20 marks the National Thank You day, an event spearheaded by Toblerone here in the Philippines. As a prelude to the National Thank You day, I will be hosting a contest from Toblerone, the “Spread the Sweetness of Gratitude Photo Contest“.
Share with us how you express your thank you to the person or people who you think deserves a “Thank You”. Share it with us by posting it in your blog, your facebook, your multiply, your website or in any space in the web that we can access. After posting your photo, post the URL of your entry in the comments section of this page.
Three lucky winners will be receiving Toblerone gift packs and thank you kits at the end of this competition. This photo contest will end at 5 P.M. in the 16th of October 10th of November, 2009.
