Philippine Blog Awards Visayas 2009 I was ecstatic after we successfully concluded the Visayas Event of the Philippine Blog Awards last weekend (October 18, 2009) at Ayala City Sports, Cebu City. The event was not as extravagant as the Manila event but it was well attended by bloggers, media and a few sponsors from the Visayas region.

Few weeks ago, I launched a mini SEO contest for the members of the Cebu Bloggers Society.  It was a short competition and most of those who participated were new to SEO.  The general objective of the competition is to populate the search engine results page for the keyword “Bisdak Blogger”.

The bloggers here in Cebu were graced to be invited and given VIP access to Samsung Philippines’ Fun Club Day concert featuring Parokya ni Edgar at SM Cebu Northwing parking lot.
