Watched Disney’s UP in full 3D

I watched Disney’s UP in 3D Digital last night at Greenbelt 3. This is the second full 3D Digital movie I watched, Ice Age 3 3D being the first.

Just yesterday, August 20, Ayala Cinemas ran their second installation of 3D Digital theater at Greenbelt 3 Cinema 1 with Disney’s UP as it’s first 3D movie. Similar to the 3D Cinema in Trinoma, the movie viewers are given 3D glasses to wear for the entire duration of the movie.

Disney's UP in 3D Digital at Greenbelt Cinema 1

Russel the Wilderness Explorer, on of the 3D Characters from the Disney's UP. Catch Russel at Greenbelt 3's 3D Digital Theater.

The tickets are sold at PhP 300.00 each. It’s a bit expensive as compared to normal cinemas. In my opinion, the PhP 300.00 is worth the money spent. The whole 3D movie experience gives the viewers a more intimate experience with the movie itself.

Now, the movie was a roller coaster of fun and sad moments. I find that it is geared for a more mature audience despite of it’s being animated; with talking dogs, flying houses and such. The movie has a funny, light side and yet has a deep, sincere emotional side too. So if you want to unwind and just relax, watch this movie. And watch it in Full 3D.

Is Dug the talking Dog a labrador retriever?

Cool sir. I think it’s ok for your kid. He’d appreciate the talking dogs, the colorful bird and the flying house with thousands of colorful balloons. :D
